3 Minute Quinoa and Chia Porridge Recipe |

- 1 cup milk of your choice
- ⅓ cup Macro Organic Quinoa Flakes
- 2 tbs Macro White Chia Seeds
- 1 - 2 tbs organic honey, maple or date syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Macro Organic Toasted Coconut Flakes with Sea Salt to serve
- Chopped fruit and nuts of your choice to serve
Conventional Method
- Place Macro Organic Quinoa Flakes in a sieve and rinse under running water to remove bitterness.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved. For a thinner consistency add more milk if required and for a thicker consistency simmer a little longer.
- Pour porridge into bowls and finish with topping of your choice.
Thermomix Method
- Place Macro Organic Quinoa Flakes in a sieve and rinse under running water to remove bitterness.
- Add all ingredients to Thermomix and cook 3 min/50C/speed 2/reverse mode. For a thinner consistency add more milk if required and for a thicker consistency cook a little longer.
- Pour porridge into bowls and finish with topping of your choice.
